Where are the plans for the freight park?
The Masterplan, Landscape Strategy and Procurement and Management Proposals for the freight park was endorsed by Halton Borough Council in December 2004. These documents set out the policy context, vision, delivery programme, funding and long-term management of the development site and includes a five-year programme of works associated with the development commencing in 2005-6.
