When did the works commence?
Improvements to Halebank Recreation Area were completed in May 2007. Work  started on HBC Fields in June 2007. This involved moving the water sludge and filtrate main that runs across the site and the first phase of the structural landscaping works. Landscaping works started in June 2008 and will be completed in February 2009.
